In the fall of 2019, Coeptarch was contact about assisting a large home loan lender looking for help in turning a business objective into an actionable IT solution.

The business was looking to increase the efficiency of their inbound call center representatives by developing a solution that would enable staff to take advantages of low call volume by automatically pulling potential client files from their in-house CRM systems and automatically dial them.

We architected, designed and implemented a custom application that interfaced with heir existing CRM, as well as leveraged many components of their existing contact center infrastructure to provide a bespoke application that exceeded all business, technical and regulatory requirements.
